Who we are

Terrein is a permitting intelligence platform for renewable energy developers, currently in early access. For any questions contact hello@terrein.tech

What data we collect and why

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your name and country of operation. We use this information solely to:

• Notify you when early access becomes available in your market
• Contact you to learn more about your needs and improve the product

We do not sell, share or rent your data to third parties.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@terrein.tech and we will delete your data promptly.

How long we keep your data

We retain your data for as long as you remain on the waitlist, or until you ask us to remove it. If we decide not to proceed with the product, we will delete all waitlist data within 30 days.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

Cookies and tracking

We do not currently use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. If this changes we will update this policy and notify you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product develops. The latest version will always be available at terrein.tech/privacy. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members.
